Our Golf Club, which was established in 1906, is located a very short distance from the three links courses - including the Championship Course. The clubhouse is just two minutes walk from the first tee (Starter's Box and Hotel). To find us, cross the road in front of the main hotel (on the course), go under the railway bridge and turn immediately right, alongside the railway line. We currently have around 375 members, and always welcome visiting golfing parties (or individuals) for drinks or meals, especially during major competitions. Temporary or Full Memberships are available, please ask at the bar. Full membership requires proposal by two senior members of the club, and approval by the club council.

The club provides for many and varied sporting activities. Obviously, golf is our key activity, with many competitions being played across all three of the links courses, and covering Men, Ladies and Junior Competitions. We also cater for the following indoor sporting activities, most of which have competitions running (seniors/juniors) during the winter months:

The club has regular weekly social activities, in the form of Bingo, played every Thursday evening at 8.30, and a dance, featuring local live bands, every Saturday evening (when a small entrance donation is requested). We always provide for special entertainment during major links competitions. During the 128^th British Open (12^th - 17^th July), the following events are planned:

Full Bar and Meals available all day, every day, 11am - 11pm (Meals until 7pm)

Wednesday (14^th July) - Radio Tay Party Night featuring Ali Bally (till 1am), including fun & party games with the Radio Tay Roadshow

Thursday (15^th July) - Club Bingo

Friday (16^th July) - Taysound Karaoke (till 1am)

Saturday (17^th July) - Dancing to "Penny Lane" (till 12am)

The club has a fully stocked bar and full catering facilities, providing for bar snacks at any time, as well as full meals at most times, including dinners and high teas. We have shower and changing facilities and full cable TV system with coverage of all major sporting events, in all areas of the club.

Visitors to our club are invited to remember their visit by purchasing mementoes in the form of clothing, featuring club and 128^th Open logos, or various types of golfing accessories. We have pure wool jumpers in various colours and sizes, and ties and badges, all at competitive prices.
